Tai Chi
This class is for beginning students of all ages. Students will learn the relaxing movements of the Yang-style Tai Chi short form, Qigong and Standing Meditation to develop internal energy for health and vitality. Ages 16 and up.
Tai Chi is a registered class and not a drop in. Students must register for class; either register for Tai Chi alone or sign up for a Wellness membership, which includes Tai Chi.
