Stretch and Strength:
This class is for adults who want to set aside time to stretch their bodies, strengthen unused muscles, and prevent pain and stiffness through movement. There is no specific athletic requirement for class, though we do get on and off the floor often.
Contemporary
Contemporary class blends elements of many different dance styles and techniques while also emphasizing artistic expression and storytelling through movement.
